Art and Design (AACDX) Level 5
This one year full-time course will provide students with opportunities and new experiences. It will promote sound research, problem solving and development practices as well as providing a basis for creativity and self expression. It will enable the student to recognise their strengths and aptitudes and to make informed decisions regarding further study.

FETAC Certificate in (AACDX).
FURTHER EDUCATION
Students may apply for any Level 6 or Level 7 course in Third Level Colleges provided they fulfil entry requirements e.g. Mathematics. Further details available on CAO Website.
WORK EXPERIENCE
2-3 weeks in a suitable environment.
COURSE DURATION
September - May.
FEES
Tuition free. Maintenance ants available for eligible students.
(Mandatory modules are in bold. The List of elective modules is subject to change.)
ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
Leaving Certificate and Leaving Cert Applied Students are eligible. Students without educational qualifications but with relevant experience/interest in the area will be considered. Mature students are welcome. All applicants will be offered a place on the basis of a suitability interview.
