Thank you for visiting our website. It gives me great pleasure to welcome you to the homepage of County Sligo VEC. We are part of a group of 33 Vocational Education Committees in the country, set up under the Vocational Education Act 1930 to provide educational and training services.
The range of services provided by the Committee include:

- Sligo Sports and Recreation Partnership
- Arts Education
We also support voluntary youth groups, local youth projects and youth services.
County Sligo VEC is a community of learners where the educational needs of our neighbours and the children of our neighbours are catered for. We set high standards, high achievement and provide quality learner friendly educational programmes.
